Trend Thread: 4-day Streak Hashtag #NoynoyPaRin Still Trending (Ph) on Twitter

Despite of the Mamasapano clash, netizens show support to the current president Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III through the hashtag #NoynoyPaRin via twitter.com.

It was first started from @BroEliSoriano's twitter acct. who believed that P-noy (Pres. Noynoy) is an honest person; and also telling priests not to meddle to gov't as they don't meddle to catholics.

Bro. Eli Soriano, a Filipino Televangelist, who won numerous awards, has about 70k followers on twitter and about 200k likes on facebook. Currently, he is on South America to preach gospel to Portuguese and Spanish speaking countrymen.

Filipino netizens show support to the campaign; and as a result, they made this hashtag on top spot for four days showing agreement to what Bro. Eli points out.

Meanwhile, TV5 Manila news anchors said that netizens are "paid" for trending this hashtag. This cause a much more intensity of sustaining it to the top spot by replying to their claim.

Bro. Eli also plans to launch a concert for families of fallen SAF troopers. The concert for a cause could happen sooner (like the concert for "Maguindanao massacre" victim's families) as always expected from the religious organization known as "Ang Dating Daan" (The Old Path).

Customer is Not Always Right… Definitely

I am working at the computer shop just beside our quarters, and it runs from 8 am to 10 pm only. The most number of customers coming to us in a day is at night time. And because our business hours is only until 10 in the evening, we close the door of our shop so no more customers come, and the rest will just finish their time bought, as we enforce the policy “no more extend”. But things don’t happen always. Nocturnal customers ask for extends though it’s already exceeded to given time. Trying to deal with to tell we are closing, they’re always telling me that the customer is always right.

I found it wrong when they’re telling me this statement, and I want to tell them also that “we have our rights, too.” And I want to give them reasons why customers aren’t always right.

Here are some reasons why customers aren’t always right:
·         Every business establishments has “Business Hours”, meaning we don’t work all the time in a day. It depends on the entrepreneurs and business owners until when they will serve the customers; because not all the time are for work, there are other things you’ve got to do (such as resting and eating, etc.).
·         Managers and employees have their rights to stop their operations. There’s always tomorrow (if God permits), you don’t need to demand for extensions of time.
·         Telling such is depriving the rights of business owners and its employees to end up their work. Keep in mind that you are not the only customer they will serve, and they have their families, too.
·         If you’re always right, then you shut employees’ mouth to complain or explain. Also, you only consider yourself and not looking their side, and did not give respect to their rights.
·         We value our customers, yet you should learn to value those who serve you right. So when they say enough, never ask for more unless for an emergency.
·         You’re being abusive when you’re upholding this saying, and you’re making employees and businessmen tolerant to your wrongdoings, e.g. you’re surfing the net, then opened a pornographic site. Saying “the customer is always right” is like saying “even I am wrong, I am right” and “don’t stop me from what am I doing; I will only stop whenever I want to”.
·         If we obey the statement, it will be unfair to other customers. (E.g. you want to have an extended time while others agreed on the limit. The injustice is, your “right” was given and the others were deprived.)

These are some of the customer’s “rights” that are not really right (based on my experience while working on the shop.) Putting myself in the customer’s place makes me realize that even I am not always right, so you also. We have our freedom, but it should not suppress the freedom of others as it violates the rights of others; so learn justice.

Huffington also has their top 5 reasons why customers aren’t always right. You can check it out here.

The Sword and Armor: Iglesia Ni Cristo 101: Centennial Facts You Should Know:

Quoting from the blog...

So
what is the centennial the INC had celebrated – a registration-based centennial,
existence-based centennial, or memorial of World War 1?

You be the judge.

Reading the blog above gives you wisdom on counting. Therefore, you will ask the same question quoted here.

Trend Thread: #NoToSofitel #BoycottSofitelPH

Once more, Supporters of UNTV 37 show their intensive support to the channel that is giving free services to the poor; not only by telling what's new and what's hot on this channel, even up to this trend.

It started early morning when Kuya Daniel Razon decries for being bias of Sofitel Manila on the program Good Morning Kuya. After that, FB fanpage of UNTV posted the photo that calls for the campaign of boycotting the said hotel. It is because Sofitel removed the only public service channel to their list of programs.

According to Perpetual Opinionator (http://perpetualopinionator.wordpress.com/):
"The hotel allegedly intentionally removed in its hotel TV programming UNTV, the only Philippine channel with focus on charities and public service."

And so, the call was heard across the nation, and across the globe.

Here is one of tweets from the other country:

And here is the trend thread of #NoToSofitel #BoycottSofitelPH:

This call for boycotting Sofitel Manila aims to hate discrimination, like what Bro. Eli tweeted to his followers.

And for good reason...

If you are also against discrimination, join us in this shout. If you experienced the same thing as what they had done to UNTV, it's a good reason to be with us.

Update: Hashtags are changed daily, suffixed with -Day00 (00 = number of day of boycott.)

internetduty, huh?

There is something I want everyone need to know...

In the internet world, facebook is the most active social networking site. Everyday, we open this site to find what's hot, what's new, and what's the news. This has also been a place to tell our feelings and became an open book of our own diary. We can also use it as an instant communication to our loved ones, colleagues, co-workers, former classmates, former (and present) schoolmates, neighbors, etc.
But this thing I want also everyone to know is the "online job" (that came out from nowhere) referred by our friends, and we see them in the homepage when we log in. When we click it, this is what appears...

Two different Online Job site having the same content.

Had you noticed it in the picture? The above picture has the site name "ThePayBird" and below is "internetDuty". Both of them are the same.

These sites are very enticing, because they say that you will get paid when you do the task. Are you one of those who posted links referring to these sites? Then I will tell you frankly... THIS IS FRAUDULENT.

To prove that these sites are really fraudulent and should not be entertained by anyone and worth quitting, I will show you what's inside using a dummy account.

This is the whole screenshot of "internetDuty" dashboard. Because this is just a dummy account, I do not refer it to my facebook and Google+ friends. I had done it already to another similar site named "GetMonthlyPay" which was suspended, and now back to its operation to fool more netizens all over the world. (To know more about this site, see also: http://www.mabzicle.com/2013/08/thepaidtask-review-scam-or-real.html) These are some of the things I can share what to doubt about it...

Registration is not that hard. The password I used consists of four characters only. And recently, I registered again to "GetMonthlyPay" to show you how easy it is to join.

Three lettered username, an invalid email add, and so on...
And guess what? They don't need to verify if you had  given the right info, nor they send you a confirmation message to know if you are really a human.

To get your salary, you need to answer first the survey. (O rly?)
The truth is, they promote the site "Entertainment Factory". This is where you go when you chose one of those "survey" and accomplish it. After accomplishing the "survey", and going back to the site where you were before entering the "survey", still nothing happens. In short, you've done survey for nothing.

There may be other things you doubt about this site other than what I wrote here. Feel free to comment...
Now, are you going to join these fraudulent sites and let them others fooled, too?
